2. Beta program

Nexus Dijital is currently in private beta. If you receive a beta invitation, additional beta terms apply. The service during beta is provided "as is"; production-grade guarantees are not yet offered.

3. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, and marks on the Site belong to MESH Yazılım Teknoloji or its licensors. The "Nexus Dijital" trademark is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under no. 2024/161525. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Prohibited uses

Don't use the Site in any unlawful way, in a way that infringes third-party rights, or in a way that may damage our infrastructure.

5. Limitation of liability

While MESH makes reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate and current, no full warranty is given. MESH's liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page. Material changes will be announced via the early-access email list.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
